I assume this wont work on the new 2.1.0 update yet?
Why you felt the need to assume things when you can just... idk... read? :glare:

Should we need overclock for these to be working? I’m playing without over clocking in handheld with official charger using Dunards last settings and getting no slowdowns or anything like that. Wondering if that means I haven’t installed properly?

Added FPSLocker patch unlocking 60 FPS for version 2.1.1

Also with this patch I have added experimental fix for crash that happens when excavating rich ether deposits (so it happens only in later parts of game) at > 30 FPS. This is an issue with game itself, and not related to amount of ether cylinders filled or RAM amount, so it happens also on emulators.

You can see how this looked like before fix below

I just want an ultimate picture quality performance. May I ask who has the relevant bin? Thank you

Can someone teach me how put or use this into my switch im confius right now.nothing in doing change my graphic.still same

Hopefully the right place to ask - what's my best option for rock solid 30 FPS?

I'm using the cheats to force the DRS to 1080p, usual big overclocks and graphic settings from this thread.

What does the Default 30 FPS cheat do? I'm currently using FPSLocker to disable the double buffer and it's targeting 30fps. So far, so good, just want to check what that cheat does or if there's a better way.

Thanks in advance!

I have latest fpslocker and downloaded the patches. However when i increase custom fps to 60. It will stay at 30 ingame. Also tried download patch button but didnt matter.

Also do you need copy
lib_nx.bin 4 times because 4 waves? Or just 1 time to get fullcontent effect.

Game is using double buffer. So OC, OC, and again OC. No 60 FPS in cutscenes.

You can disable double buffer at the cost of glitchy output above 45 FPS with Window Sync option.

I did max oc and still 30 constant.

Well, if you are using standard sys-clk... Show me what Status Monitor shows in Full mode and FPSLocker shows in Advanced settings after changing fps target to 60.
Advanced monitor just shows 30. Status monitor also shows 30.

i searched for the old DunAard json config and applied/merged and compiled it myself with the python script provided here (from masagrator) to the new version.
We are lucky DunAard posted the json somewhere.
But his preset is pretty bright and he wrote to put down display brighness ingame.

v2 fix for yuzu. just put the ResMod dir in the games mod dir.
Does this work with 2.2.0? Or any other good configs for 2.2.0?

Can you do what I have asked for? Your answer doesn't help (and what is Advanced monitor anyway?). I need actual screenshots or pics.
Yeah I misspoke. I ended up converting a patch to IPS. and now it works 60 fps... When you say "if you are using standard sys-clk" what else am I suppose to use?
Also is there anything you can do about the annoying popin in this game... like my feet are spawning grass...

If it's IPS, then you will have cutscenes bugged, sometimes completely stalling or crashing game. That's why patch is locking cutscenes to 30 FPS.

OC-Suite, EOS... Those are sys-clk forks allowing higher OC.

It's hard to find how billboards (in this case grass) are rendered. It would be much easier with 3D objects.
