I don't understand the problem. Have you tried just putting cheats alongside the graphics mods inside the Ryujinx\mods\contents\010074F013262000 directory? For Ryijinx I don't think it matters if the cheats are separate or one big .txt file.

Some latest 1.3.0 cheats doesn't work for me.
Speed up player and moonjump cheats works, but not invincibility and damage multiplayer for example.
Any idea why? Using Switch.
Also, dont know if it's a problem for the tesla menu, but when I enable some cheat, exit the cheat menu and enter again, I see some random cheats activated and the one that i choose to be ON are OFF. wtf? Latest Atmo, FW and tesla menu.

DLC does not affect the cheat code.
Only the update patch does.

Can confirm your health codes work in the new DLC at least. Obviously a lot of base game specific stuff isn't relevant in the new dlc and there's new stuff that needs codes that's' exclusive to the dlc, but the base stuff shared between the base game and the dlc seems to work just fine.

Gets to the title screen fine, but I crash immediately on loading the base game with cheats.
v2.0.0 with wave 4 dlc.

I'll test with some of the enabled cheats individually and see which ones caused it.
