XeBuild GUI 2.086 released

Swizzy has updated XeBuild GUI to 2.086.
To bring support for DashLaunch 3.04 as well as other minor fixes.

XeBuild is used to make jTAG/RGH images as well as retail ones for console that are going to be converted to retail again.

Removed: No additional checks are made for additional patches (apart from NOHDMI patch, which can really only be applied to any motherboard apart from xenon anyways) this should fix errors here…
Fixed: Finally fixed that display bug with Xell icon not beeing shown properly for RGH 2.0…
Fixed: Fxcing Jasper failsafe keeps beeing ***… >_>
