Gaming Xbox one x 4k tv or hdmi

My tv is samsung un55hu6830fxza, the xbox was bought used. When i first got it xbox saw i was 4k, and went in and out a few times. 4k detail says my tv supports 4k at 60hz but not at 50h. I learned i could only use hdmi port 3 for 4k. Then when kingdom of hearts 3 came in the in and out loosing singal got a lot wrose, even if im on settings. At 1080 it works just fine but at 4k it might work for a few mins before says no signal. I bought a new hdmi 2.1 ceritifed cable because i thought it was the hdmi port, cost 3.50 hdmi plus soldering skills to replace, but then i realized it works perfectly on 1080 and samsung tvs have this issue. So im not sure if its the port or the tv

To answear my own question and for others it turns out it was the xbox, the hdmi port. Got brand new robot white 76 fall out, and all hz supported, old one showed only 24hz support and 60hz with 8 bit color. Turns out the tv supports all the hz and 10 bit color
