Hardware Xbox One S on and off - voltage

Hi, hope someone can help or advise.

Xbox one s has been working perfectly, until the other day when after an update it’s now started to turn itself off.

l’ve checked the psu and that’s fine, but after checking the voltages from standby I’ve discovered one line instead of being 12v is actually showing only 2v.

just checked without power, it’s reading the same on other mosfets with power they’re all getting 12v. It’s just that one I pointed out that’s showing 2v.
