Hardware Xbox one s 4K issue

I bought a vizo 4khd tv but when I choose the 4K option on the Xbox one in settings it says
4K is supported by your tv but not 60ghz you won’t be able to upscale to 4K but depending on your tv you may still be able to play some 4K and hdr content I don’t understand what the problem is so I can’t play games in 4K on my 4K tv?

one s can't do that. Only X can play games in 4k. However S can display videos and stuff in 4k.

The Xbox One S can run games in "up-scaled" 4k but from what OP wrote his TV can't do 4k 60ghz so the 4k features of the Xbox One S will be limited.
