Hacking Xbox one disc drive problem

Hi all, just brought a used Xbox one but it’s not reading game discs.
I have replaced the laser but had no luck.
I understand that the motherboard and optical drives are married but is there any way to check this visually so I can confirm it has the right daughter board in it ?
If it is not the correct daughter board am I able to do a nand dump and rewrite to the daughter board ?

Mine gives me a hard time with game discs all the time the only thing I do is dip some qtips in rubbing alcohol and then clean the slot out. Works fine after that never had problems with the laser itself.
