Your wondering if its possible to transfer content the older HDD to the Xbox 360 S internal HDD, correct?
It is possible, by either using the transfer kit that you can buy in store or by using a USB pen and manually copy between the two consoles.
The Xbox 360 still uses the standard 2.5" notebook HDDs.

I dont think that will work.
Since the newer Xbox 360 (Slim) uses a different interface for connecting the HDD the XPort 360 wont work, and im unsure if a regular transfer cable will work.
