Misc X-Men Origins: Wolverine PC game cannot run

I was able to get a physical copy of the pc version of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, hit the install executable, and it seemed to work as I was able to pull up the main menu and hit run, but nothing seemed to happen. There isn't an official guide to help run this game on Windows 10, and I tried doing this through other means and I thought having the physical disc would help but it really didn't. Could someone tell me the best way to get this game to work from a fresh install? Hopefully I would like to play this at 60 fps at 2K.

Do you have the disc inserted in the drive, when you're launching the game?
You say it doesn't respond to any inputs, from the keyboard, mouse etc.?
You might need to look for crack files to bypass the need for the disc, in order to work correctly.
Can't say if it'll fix your issue. As it could be because of OS compatibility. Change the compatibility to Win7..
