I was wondering if it would be worth buying an EZF Advance cartridge for the real time clock and compatibility features, as I have found a seller but for $90. So would you guys think it would be worth $90? Thanks.

Depends how much you want to play games with RTC and not be marginally limited by the patches those few RTC games have. Personally I do not see the appeal of playing RTC games as though they were stock and the quibbles with patches are truly minor.
$90 is a bit steep perhaps as we do see better thought of cards (though the EZFA was by no means ill thought of) with more space.
When you say "compatibility features" what do you mean? It was sold as such but in reality it is the same as every other non supercard, non cyclo card.

Well anyway someone bought it, but yeah $90 is a bit steep. But I wanted one or something similar really for the RTC, but also for the novelty of an older cart. If only they still made M3 Perfects. Thanks anyway!

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
