I’m working on installing Tim’s rgb mod to my n64. In wiring it to the power, Ive just installed the rgb and ground wires, the 4 basic ones. Will this disable or effect my ability to display in svideo? I won’t be able to broadcast in rgb until next week when the new part arrives and was wondering if I’ll be able to test the quality of my soldering before then.

It should not do it, though I've not personally tried it. Did you cut the composite video track?

I didn’t. Wanted to test and see if the setup caused interference. Between my eyesight and my soldering skills, I figure I’m redoing some of this several time!
