Hacking Worried about a scam

A friend of mine recently purchased an R4 from http://r4-canada.com/ and while they say that it should only take 14 days to ship, it's been around 17.

Is http://r4-canada.com/ a safe site to buy an R4?

I don't get It, you live in the USA why not just buy from Realhotstuff? I got a bunch of stuff from there no issues. That site looks kinda generic to me and I don't see any reviews on their performance either. The amount of time they take also is fishy. I got my stuff each time within 2-3 days.

My friend and I send stuff through the mail all the time and it only takes a week
and we use the cheapest shipping

to answer the OP that site looks really sketchy, considering the server is in the US and i see nothing on it from WOT or mcafee siteadvisor
