My favourite? Hmmm... Well I'll probably say the Amiga version as it was the first one I played. I thought it was a terrific game.. I remembered finishing it and thinking.. Now that was a game! Did you ever play a game called 'Black Thorne'? Not as good, but similiar style..

Oh and ConraDargo, just for you as I know you like Flashback

I've played the PC enhanced one with FMV sequences, Sega CD one, Amiga & Super Nintendo. Never tried the Megadrive one, do you recommend it, or not? try the Sega CD one if you get the chance..

Enjoy!

Well would you look at that - that's a treasure for sure

I actually saw one of those on eBay a couple of months ago, but it sold for more than a hundred bucks and I just couldn't afford that.

And I'd definitely recommend the Mega Drive version over SNES simply because I don't like how they've colored Conrad's sweater red in the SNES-version (among a few others)

It's supposed to be white for crying out loud - just look at the cut-scenes!

Yeah I've played Blizzard's Blackthorne and naturally - I liked that game since it has similar gameplay. Not too shabby at all

Same goes for Another World/Out of This World, although that one is by far better than BT. Not Flashback though

Funny! So True.. I thought you were going to pick out the red sweater too!

Damn you Super Nintendo, this is why you are rotting in hell. Too many fluffy characters..Guys never wear pink or red unless they are in control with there masculinity. He does look alittle feminine doesn't he, well maybe he feels in control with his masculinity

I could see it now, Flashback 2 on your DS...anticipation...great, load the cartridge and pop.. he wearing a Pink sweater now!

such is life.

I should have guessed you played BT. You can usually rely on Blizzard to bring something good out, but I think they are merging with Activision now.. Will see.

I tried to get Out of this World/Another World for the SNES, but some lucky punk got to it first. Oh well.. Have you played the remake of Another World for the PC? It was an Anniversary edition?

Agreed, nothing beats Flashback as a platformer... but If and I say if I had to chose another one it would be the original Prince of Persia for the Amiga/PC.

Its' such a pity we won't see anymore games like these, they were and still are classics. The NDS is a good format to bring these kind of games out on as it has great 2D capabilities. I remember the Amiga had many games, hmmmm...trying to think of something similiar to Flashback or Black Thorne...

Will definitively check out Flashback for the MD, Cheers!
