Hacking Wood R4 Help

anywho, i dont seem to be able to get the ds games to show the custom icons like Lemmings ds. can anyone help me?

Function was removed allready a long time ago on woodr4....
But theres a app(forgot name)That edits rom to change icon and even tittle and description text of the rom!but what was the name of the app

i really want to edit the lemmings ds show the name and the icon for it

?Just make bitmap of 32x32 (24bit)
And then input some text...
