Hacking Wood R4 for Clones

It's not as though it's his Job and our entitlement (I own an N5 and would love to see this working)

I just think Rockstar wants to work with it in his own time, and not have people sending him Pm's all the time

im new here and i have a question

i have a r4i cart and with the firm en_1.55(www.r4ultra.com)
i format my 4 Gb microsd card and have try 2 things

1e
copy the map _rpg and _ds_menu_dat to the microsd (in the root)
and when i start my ds lite he will hangs on blackscreen with loading

2e
format again and copy the map _rpg and akmenu4.nds to the microsd
and when i start my ds lite he will hangs on blackscreen with loading

is there something i do wrong or is this firmware wood r4 1.06 not working for my r4 card ???

can someone please give my a answer

It Doesn't work END OF

It may work with a new update etc but currently there is NO way of getting wood to work on a clone

I think someone should at least tell Rockstar to change the first post to tell people that it doesn't work on the clones atm xD, but I'm with you on the rest of the PMing business. Personally, I would like to be a jerk in saying I never wish for WoodR4 to be ported to clones, but I'm not so much of a dumbass to claim THAT much. In any case, I think Rockstar is working on a version for the M3 instead of the R4 clones at the moment.

Even if it did on an SDHC, it wouldnt save so wtf!?

People need to chill out. Your waiting all this time for a fix when you probably could have worked enough hours by now to buy 300+ regular r4's. Jesus, what has this world come to. Why is everyone a bunch of lazy ass mother fuckers? These people are putting their good time into something for a bunch of people who couldn't give a rats ass about anything but what they want. Grow the fuck up, grow a pair of balls, and go get a 5-8$ R fucking 4 Original.

actually,just to say,I'm pretty sure Rockstar dropped this long ago.

Point is,he probably realized it won't work on clones all together,not that clones deserve this after all.So please,just let this thread die?
