Hacking Wood DS - Mario 64 touchscreen controls broken

I can't get the touchscreen to work properly (very unresponsive) with any version of the Wood firmware. All my other games are working fine and I've tried various dumps of the game with no luck. Installing the original firmware fixes the issue.

I've got a genuine r4 and a DS lite.

Giving this a *bump* as I dug out my DS and noticed the issue again.

I dunno what to tell you. never heard of this issue before. personally I'd try setting it all up again- format the card with SD Formatter 4.0 (format type: full, erase: on, format size adjustment: on), download the 'latest' Wood, get a verified dump, etc. make sure you're not using any cheats.

other than that, try using a different SD card maybe? could be a freaky sector issue.

I broke out my DS and decided to have another crack at this issue but I've had no luck. Clean, verified dump of Mario 64. No hacks or cheats. Latest version of Wood R4 has broken touchscreen controls, original non wood firmware works fine.
