Hacking With local server, the boot rate is more?

If I use a local server for WiiU KExploit, the boot rate will be more?
Beause it's freeze on .mp4 file reccurently...

I am on 5.5.1 E and if the hosted server site works, boot rate is 100%.

It's the same here as everywhere. I must've tried 5-6 different sites, and each time I just get a hanging black TV and broken media player on my gamepad. Am I just getting unlucky or am I doing something wrong?
