Witcher 3 crashes on 18.0/18.1 with the SysDVR patch

Need help, Witcher 3 keeps freezing and crashing when I install the SysDVR patch to record games that cannot be normally played.

Witcher 3 perfectly works if I uninstall the SysDVR patch but I want to keep streaming ganes that cannot be normally streamed.. Is there a workaround to this?

I want to keep playing Witcher 3 while keeping the patch. I hope someone can help.

The Switch reserves extra memory to allow recording. It doesn't work with some games because they need all the memory. Sounds like this is one of them, sorry.
