bri actually helped me out a lot. I did research before hand and bought a dstt. Then I was selling that to my cousin so I decided to buy something else to experiment. After extensive research, I went with the ak2. It's the best bang for the buck. Nice interface and compatibility is great. Other than that, for "the best," it depends on what you want but it seems like akrpg and scds1 are tied.

But to be on topic the cyclo is the best overall, and the SCDS1 not far behind.
