Hacking Wireless connection problems after 4.0 upgrade

Ok, I finally upgraded to system menu 4.0 yesterday. Now my Wii freezes or code dumps every time a homebrew app tries to initialize my network connection. Waninkokos 4.0 upgrade app code dumps, IOS60 updater freezes on network initialization. Dr. Mario even has problems now, drops connections constantly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

* If your router is secured, use all upper case for the key
