How should I proceed?
I found a way to backup but I can't find a way to import the backup.

Backup are just for safety, if you want to inject it back, you will have to rename it "main" and inject it back using svdt.

Hey! I tried to make a post about this a while ago to github. I was wondering if it'd be easy to have the top screen also display the Pokemon's shiny value
(based on its PID) and the shiny value of the trainer (based on their TID and SID. This would help the community greatly with value checks and is also just another great feature many would appreciate. I'd do it myself if I knew how to... so this is why I'd like to bring this up. Also this feature is not for cheating at all, just to view data so I think it'd suit the purposes of the program well! Please let me know if this is easily possible or if you'd like to include it in the future! Thank you for the awesome homebrew~

I don't think it's possible for that to happen, unless Game Sync scans your entire box for any suspicious activity. If you get banned, it's probably for using badly hacked in Pokemon on Battle Spot.

Is it possible to host some sort of server on your PC so Pokemon can be saved on the PC, rather than the 3DS locally.
I just think saving Pokemon locally kind of defeats the purpose of PokeBank, as it uses a cloud to save your Pokemon. If you're going to save Pokemon locally, you may as well keep it within the game itself.
That way each time you open this homebrew it connects with your PC, saves your Pokemon on there, and incase anything happens to your 3DS, your Pokemon are safe.

You don't have 100 boxes in the game itself.

Also, you could just backup the PHBank folder via FTP to your PC if you really wanted.

I do agree that it would be a pretty nice optionto have "natively" though.

This can not and will not access DS games. Only 3DS.

If you can get a copy of the DS games sav file you can just extrace the .pkm and copy/paste them into PKHeX. I did this a couple hours ago and it worked fine.
