To patch gspwn they could not put any code in the low fcram region. Another "fix" is to let the gsp service verify addresses. Then you would have to own gsp too before you can use gspwn.
Surely at this point you were just trolling. What were you planning to do, just keep quoting posts and ignoring answers until you got one that proved you right? Well that's not going to happen, because you're wrong.
It seems now that you've got three of the most talented developers in the 3DS scene chiming in to explain in detail exactly why you're wrong well... Well, suddenly you have nothing to say.
I'd also like to throw my support behind the motion to have this thread locked.

not really as most of the posts here are just either bashing other projects and praising this abandoned project for whatever reason despite other more active projects that are also open source kernel access being actively developed and pretty much the basis for all of the work here.....its like me copying blargsnes, making a thread saying i will make it 10000x better with mamimum compatibility then abandoning the project without ever really doing anything with it, then people arguing that my thread should remain open even though blagsnes is still being actively developed and surpasses my branch of blargsnes.....basically its old news it didn't work out and is abandoned, but people are still dreaming over the initial claims of the OP which was more like a wish list than a actual projectThat means it is still active, and better have off-topic here than in other threads where it would disturb the main subject... No ?

Honestly I respect you a lot as a dev but you know that Nintendo has no system to let you redownload your eshop content if yoy system is stolen, broken, lost. You are right its not a debate about piracy but every dev can't honestly forget how jacked up Nintendo's policy is when it comes to digital. At least my ps3,Xbox 360,android,iOS, any tech that isn't last gen quality has a way for me to get my items back. You may not like CIA but when I tried to connect with my legit emunand I bought a theme, after connecting to play a cart online my theme got deleted and now it just gives me a purchase option. I don't see this as OK or right on nintendos part. Again this isn't a debate about piracy but Nintendo's policy on digital downloads.

Any news about OSKA?

Any news about OSKA?
Any news about OSKA?

You called?Margen67 like this
I also second closing this thread, though. OSKA's goals were met and far exceeded by other projects long ago, and it doesn't even work as-is. Devs are better off using an actively-maintained open-source project like our arm9 branch of bootstrap or patois' Brahma. This thread only ever comes back from the dead with off-topic discussion.
Why aint there an homebrew loader with kernel access yet then?
There is? You just add libkhax, brahma, or bootstrap to your homebrew.
The homebrew loader doesn't have kernel access by itself though, if it had, it'd save the devs to do this with their homebrews...
The launcher itself (for Ninjhax) is a homebrew app. The same method could be used to make the launcher itself start with kernel access.
Why has nobody done it then? That'd sure be very useful...
Because it would take more effort and smea probably wouldn't support it since 'no kernel access' was a huge thing for ninjhax
