What's your system version? That sounds like messed up patch offsets to me.
Do you guys have any ideas on improving stability of the arm11 Kernel exec ?
Bootstrap fails most of the time 100% of the time on my machine. -snip-.

I'm getting similar results here as well. Hangs at "Testing SVC 0x7B" every time.

Running 9.2.0-20E (sysnand), Cubic Ninja (cart), Ninjhax 1.1b, latest bootstrap.3dsx available on git, latest HB Menu.

Great progress btw, looking forward to the complete project. :) :p1ng3:

Nah it worked once on the ~10 times I tried like I said (pardon the 100% on my post).A messed up patch would crash all the time no ?.

Try harder. Like maybe ten more times ?

Why are some people so obsessed about the open source debate? Even if it was 100 % open source you wouldn't be able to do anything about it. Ahh, perhaps you are thinking that some other smart guy should be able to do the rest work for you?

Seriously, I don't believe there are more than a handful of people at gbatemp that are able to do this. 3dbrew then? Those elite guys? Why cant they work so we enjoy free roms? Nope, will never happen. So please STFU. Or learn code by yourself. Or pay a friend or something.

The purple meny looks fantastic! Hope you will have that kind of design in the release version :)

lol I'm a computer science student, I just don't see the point of breaking the same ground as these folks, and since my goals would be backup oriented I can't see myself working with them

That's totally understandable. All you need to do your own version of this is out there, too.

I'd just like to comment that the team is doing a great job moving forward with KARL3DS, and progress seems to be coming along very well. I hope the team doesn't get dissuaded by some of the more negative feedback here, but personally I think there's great use for KARL3DS and you've many other supporters here, too. Native region-free support on the N3DS would be great, and that's honestly what I'm looking forward to most from this project. Like other people, I would really like legitimate backup support, but I respect where the team stands on this, so I guess I'll have to wait for Gateway or other means for that. That said, I just got my copy of Cubic Ninja loaded up with Ninjhax, and The Homebrew Launcher is working great! I eagerly look forward to what lies ahead for KARL3DS!

with KARL, i have a new3ds 9.0, can i play games with version required are 9.0+? without update thanks all ^^

Iirc an emuNAND feature is planned, so basically that's a yes. You will be able to update your emuNAND, while your sysNAND will stay on 9.0.
