Right here. It's labeled "dosbox_libretro". No need to set it, although it does help to run the same contents in the zip given in the OP.

The fact that the OP hasnt been updated since 2016 kinda should say alot that this is going to have a ton of issues if it hasnt been touched in over 2 years

so far the only os you can run is windows 3.1 but it uses a different emulator (in ds mode) [edit]: by only os i mean actually using it as intended with a mouse
