Windows Media Player Configuration

I been fiddle around it i want my music loud really loud the loudest it can be i have stereo headphones right now its config with a lot of bass i want to hear little more of the person voice i want it to be loud like when listening to music on a Mp3/Ipod any configuration people and another problem is some of my music be static and be counting on and off if u know what i mean when i play it

bass =/= loudness

if you want to hear more of the person's voice, turn the bass down and optionally buy some better speakers which can handle louder sounds
