for fun I was looking through the SD Card I use for my 3DS and if you look in some folders there are winodws Command Prompts I don't really care but is Nintendo using Windows? (kidding nobody anwser that) anybody know the reason?
thank you.

=O I remember another guy said the same thing 7 months ago (around the time the eShop was released).

They're encrypted so the exact use isn't known to the public.

Try putting some windows commands in it and see if they work on the 3ds

They won't

36*36*36 = 46656 different file extensions for a 3-character (alphanumeric) extension.

As a result, the well-over 50000 file types must share some extensions.

So, it is probably a different type of CMD than you are thinking.

i.e. LST can either be a text file or a LightScribe Template file.

I've seen some scripts and CMD files from the official SDK that got leftover in NDS ROMs accidentally. I don't have any specific examples, but the files appeared to resemble something you would find in the SDK.

honestly, people stop switching my words around. o.O i never said steam was ON the 3ds. i get that your minds are easily mislead and u get angry when you are so easily mislead, but enoughs enough.
