Gaming windows 7 stupid spanish

hi i bought windows 7 off ebay but stupidly enough it was spanish is there anyway i can like get the iso off the disc and put english packs into it?

.... Should of read what it said on E-Bay before buying.
I havn't heard of this happening. I would suggest downloading an english copy of the Win7

There are english packs in the updates...

If you have the Ultimate version, you should be able to get the language pack for it through windows update. Otherwise you can download the English iso of the same edition you have in spanish, and use your serial on it.
