Gaming Windows 7 ram consumption

Just a little question for the computer savvy tempers. Does windows 7 Ultimate use more ram then the other versions of windows 7? I've been thinking about downgrading to professional. But there is no point if it doesn't help my computer any.

To my knowledge Windows 7 loads services only when they are needed, so there shouldn't be much of a difference. Most of your remaining free ram Windows uses as cache, and frees it when other programs request it. I have Ultimate on my netbook and it still runs fine.
