I also feel like they should. However, I also think game companies should make demos that give a larger scope of their games so that they can eliminate one of the reasons to pirate... Some people only pirate to try out a game, and then they go out and actually buy it...

Yeah I know piracy is bad but I'm kinda hard pressed for money (bc college and all) so I don't feel too bad about it (the large majority of my 3ds library is still legally purchased though)

(as long as you aren't a distributor, you are fine. They go after people who host or put the files up, not little guys grabbing the latest release of Pokemon ultra uber succ moon 2 without slapping Reggie in the face with 40$)
