Hacking Will Nintendo repair my console?

Hello, i have to send my Wii u to Nintendo for a repair (HDMI port), but i had previously the HBC installed on the vWii.
I just finished uninstalling every .wad (channel) and the Homebrew Channel.
I also deleted every save file i had. 22222222222222

The only problem I have is that i have a patched cIos (d2x), will Nintendo detect it?

probally, but hey, they will probs update it and fix the HDMI before they send it back

yeah if they see any cios they will send your console back to you and saying it was modded and not fix it.
