I'm planning to buy a Wii fit JPN version since it should be cheaper and easier to get in my area. Then I'll download US version when it comes out. My question is will JPN WIi fit board work with US version game?

Yes it will work. The PAL copy that I have works with my Japanese Balance board so there shouldn't be an issue.
