Will I get caught using Pokemon from pirated game

So I want to do competitive Pokemon, and I have UM but I want Xerneas, and there's no way I'm going to buy US too. So I am wondering if I can pirate Ultra Sun beat it and then LEGALLY catch Xerneas the normal way and transfer it to Ultra Moon, will I get caught for using a pokemon from a pirated game? Also I plan on going to competitions so yeah assist me with knowledge and help.

As long as it was caught legit it doesn't matter if the game was bootlegged, it doesn't write that kind of data to the pokemon

If it was caught legally, there's no difference.

No one gives a fuck in the official championships if you have hacked your pokemon or not, don't worry. Just make it so you could have caught it legally and all the stats aren't off.

Most Pokemon generators have legality checks in place so your Pokemon can't be crazy... Like a shiny Mew starter with Pokerus would set off some alarms.
