I'm pretty sure they will get, what about you?
N64, maybe, but people are too busy whining about how it's impossible, to at least try it.
DS yes possibly. N64, really really doubt it but It would be sweet for sure!
3ds has the whole DS hardware on it. why on earth would it EMULATE it?
3ds is backward compatible with DS already.
there are very slim chances of a fully functional n64 emulator, but machinamentum has started one.
Probably we will get a method to run DS games natively.
A N64 emu is very unlikely, and if it happens, then it will run "good" only on New3DS
N64 seems very likely to at least be tried, but people won't make an NDS emulator, as they could figure out how to run the games in the native DS firmware included.
To noobs like you though, it's gonna be the same result - free DS games without flashcarts.

This is getting weird. I feel like I've entered the psychiatric wing by accident...
I haven't spent a single penny beyond the 25 dollar initial investment for my 3DS. I don't want to buy a DS flashcart for those roms, so here's to hoping for a way to run DS games from the SD card one day!
More power to you if you are willing to wait a long time for something that might not ever happen.
Good job, OP.
