Here is a generic meta.xml file and the WiiXplorer logo. You need to change only the number in the version tags (which revision is it) and change the release date. Makes it look more professional (its in ZIP so you can actually read it in WiiXplorer):

I do not plan to update the links in this thread. The download links above may or may not be the latest version.

I'd imagine that it wouldn't need to be integrated. I bet it can already do that right now.

But if you mean that you don't want to exit SNES9x and open WiiXplorer... then you're lazy!

Edit: Yep, I just used it to delete a Super Mario Bros rom that I have that always starts with World 0-1 (unless you hold start or something like that)

Edit: Hmm it seems to save my network settings but doesn't automatically connect when I hit the change source button in the top left (and that's with auto connect turned on)
And before anyone says anything, yes I know it's early and that stuff will be fixed eventually. Just saying what I noticed.

I tried to delete a folder on my computer through the network and it said it couldn't be deleted. Maybe that's a good thing.

Sounds good...if I want to put something on my USB-HD, I always had to go with my Laptop to the HD (stupid AC-Adapter -.-), and FTPii hasn't recognized the HD. This should make the things easier for me, hope it can recognize my HD...looking forward to that, NeoRame will for shure do an amazing job on the Graphics

. I wait for the next release, before trying it out, though...

I know what you mean about always having to go to the computer.

I was going to say that WiiXplorer does recognize my HD as maybe something positive for you but FTPii recognizes my HD as well.

On a side note I just copied Castlevania Circle of the Moon from my computer through the network to the SD card in my Wii without touching my computer once.

If you try to copy it back it says Error: Writting to SMB doesn't work currently

it might be a security issue, check your'e share so users can (read/write) then retry

otherwise it's either a straight security measure or something slightly broken.

That was actually the first thing I checked before I tried to do it. I guess we'll see what happens in the future with it.

It does seem to be auto connecting to the network now.

I'm going to try a big file now. 170 MB Bleach episode from network to HD. I think I'll time it too.

Edit: Froze at around 39% with about 65 or 66MB copied. Don't know what the issue with that was.
When I checked the properties of the file it was listed as 0MB which I then deleted.

Transfer started out at around 170 kb/s and moved up to and stayed at around 200 kb/s

Too many variables in network transfers for a prealpha. I think it is normal for now that it does not work.

I think for local stuff it looks great

Sorry for the double-post, but a new revision has been released (R16) which I've compiled and upped to my personal webspace for you all (Source included).

Added dol/elf loading

It's been tested (but remember it's still early on in this app's development), and I can confirm that loading a dol from within the proggie worked a treat

Enjoy!

Thanks for this.

And yeah it's early but stuff doesn't progress until people take the plunge.

Love this app. Much cleaner and more user friendly then SD Explorer IMHO.

Just need to figure out the SMB (network) stuff on Windows 7.

Anyway, as I do with USB Loader GX revisions, I'll be keeping an eye on changes to WiiXplorer also and compiling them as and when the source is updated. They'll be uploaded to my 4shared account:

Also, again if the download above is yours, please add a meta.xml. Makes things alot more professional looking.

For the third time, thank you

I ask for the meta.xml because in order to update this, you have to open the WiiXplorer that is on your Wii, copy the new version onto your Wii, close the current version, open the new version that you just copied and thru that delete the old version.
