tried 2 wiiware games now. one of them hung - twice! third time the charm, but I don't know what caused the error. perhaps my computer is a bit slow (p4 @ 2.6 GHz) and unstable.

I'm pretty sure that is a message from triiforce (so the dol must be working). It either means that the title is not installed on nand dump or that for some reason triiforce can't read the device that the nand dump is on.

Does the game load OK when launched directly with triiforce?

If so what version of triiforce are you normally using to load it?

Make sure you have a working title correctly installed to nand dump before trying to launch it with a forwarder (2 forwarders in fact

Thanks for the quick response. The WiiWare games load just fine through Triiforce itself. Both as an emulated NAND on my SD Card and through the real NAND on my Wii. I'm using "Triiforce mrc v7".

QUOTE(Tristar @ Feb 10 2010, 11:33 AM) Do your other titles work OK with the ISO forwarders?

These forwarders use craptriiforce mod22. You canot launch a title in real nand with them - that could be why the title is not found.

There are channel forwarders for launching titles from real nand - different thing to these.

They can read from SD but I have found they are a bit picky with SD, thats why all my stuff is now on USB

I haven't really tried any other forwarders. I don't want to have to repartition my HDD to get all the benefits of USB NAND emulation yet.

Oh well. Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it.

And this happens every time?

Hmm strange - I actually ran it on on my system in a loop 25 times but cannot recreate that problem (I even tried different screen resolutions to see if that would cause a problem)

Can't help you there at the moment, cos it just works on my setup (I wouldn't know what part to work on as I can't see a bit that's broken)

I'll have another look through it and see if I can spot anything that I might be able to tidy up

btw, I've had the same problem as longtom too.

Suggestion for Tristar:
Perhaps after right-clicking, you can navigate the context menu using keyboard inputs rather than the mouse?

@ longtom1 & SwansonE

You read my mind! - I wasn't aware that WiiScrubber accepted keyboard input at that point but seeing as it does......

Wad2ISO+

Give this one a go

Tristar, sorry for my late reply.

If partition builder fail to create partition1, wiiscrubber will quit badly when trying to import that partition to the iso.

I'll try the new updated version now.

edit: Same problem. The problem isn't within WiiScrubber, but when the partition1 file gets created. sometimes, the programs stalls and asks you to overwrite or skip the file. it's possibly because the previous run failed to delete that file.

Once the Save Button has been clicked in the "Save As" dialogue window, this script waits for a window titled "partitionbuilder" containing the text "Partition file created" and then clicks the "OK" button of that window.
If that window does not appear then the script will wait forever.
The wiiscrubber part will not start until the Partition Builder process has ended; in other words if wiiscrubber runs, partition1.img exists.

and the immediate fix is
QUOTE(Tristar @ Feb 10 2010, 11:47 AM)
You know there will be a problem if you are prompted to overwrite. It shouldn't happen so just hit ESC right there and run again.
If you just press ESC at that point and run again, does it pick up from the same file and complete correctly?

How often does this happen?

I would say it happens about 30%-50%. Sometimes, it happens repeatedly with the same file (I have to close all 3 processes of w2i, restart it (and it begins on the wad that wasn't finished).

wouldn't it be just easier to implement to overwrite the file in autoit if it has failed to erase the old partition1 file?

thanks. I got your pm and tried that one. at first try, the "file already exists" message came up, and disappeared immediately. and then stop. nothing ran any more. everything regarding wad2iso is ended. no traces in task manager, either.

but hey, I'm satisfied with the way it worked before. just had to try it a few times.

Could you please load up the latest version to something else rather than Rapidshare? Rapidshare is a real pain when you try to download something there.

I've tried one of the older versions, but it's not able to complete the process. The process gets stuck at the moment it wants to create partition1, even after several tries.

Any chance of an update customisemii keeps asking for update and writes wad path but doesn't hit enter or click open to open wad to extract dol

I get this same problem when im in windows XP, but in windows 7 it works flawlessly so im guessing the keystrokes he used for his scripts at that point are for Win 7 only

I made all 191 NTSC wiiware ISO's last night with this program and it worked great except one, and for some reason the finished product is blank on it always, Can anyone get "Big Kahuna Party NTSCU" forward ISO and post it by chance? Thanks!

The data is around 2MB. Check the size on disk once installed to your usb drive.

It takes 4MB of disk space on my FAT32 drive and shows 4.37GB (but only uses 2MB of disk space) as ISO on my NTFS drive

You found another wad that contains illegal characters for files in the internal name - it works now

also @longtom1:

Updated to latest CustomizeMii

Hope it clears up some irritations

downloaded the second link again and still the same problem customisemii loads and the file name is pasted but not opened, if the file is opened before the update box appears the program appears that it will continue with the process.

Tried it a couple of times clicking the open button the process starts and then the update box appears but the program exits and the update box disappears and the rest of the iso creation continues
