Brief question: If I wanted to sell my console and reset it, would the installed games on the USB-drive still work if they've been installed with the Brazilian method and valid tickets using USBhelper?
No, a factory reset will change the [part of the] USB encryption key in the EEPROM; even if you managed to backup and restore it, you would still need to reinstall tickets, etc
Just easier (longer, sure, but the boring part is automated) to just do the initial setup and game installation yourself (or even better, have the buyer do it themselves, so they assume any practical and legal risk)
