Homebrew [WiiSX Beta 2.1] Screen Flashes when using frame-skip

As the title states, my screen just flashes black to normal like it's having a spaz attack when I use frameskip. Naturally, the games play fine, besides the fact that this is going on. Frame skip works fine in MegaMan Legends, but in Tales of Destiny II, this problem is present, and the game is unplayable without it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you try with different bios i don't have that game but some game need bios
