fixed meta.xml, added colour, added support for IOS58 and removed support for IOS16,60 and +Trucha for IOS61. I've also tidied up the code a bit. That's it.
Download at wiibrew like always.

It actually just started as optimising the 0.24 code, then I added colour to patchmii_core (using the colours in the patchmii_core of the old Mii Channel Updater as a 'base'), and changed the text about a bit so it looked much 'cleaner'. Then came the simple IOS removing/adding.

Needed done, my code (0.24) sucked. I thought about trying to make it a little neater etc., but i really don't have the knowledge to do that.

I made the rest of the code to call patchmii_install() neater aswell, so it wasn't just your code. And I noticed some people still credit illilanex/Bionic Sonic as authors. I deleted their few bytes modification when i removed IOS60 support.
