A week ago i decided to teardown my Wii to give it a well and deserved clean, once i was done i started to reassembly it and every few steps i turned on the system to make sure everything was working fine until i had to just reattach the Disc Drive, i did a lot of testing, played homebrew games, changed the system time using SNTP (A homebrew app that allows you to sync the time to the network). And then i tried loading games using USB Loader GX. that's when i realized the system can't run Wii games if it doesn't have a Disc Drive (Emulators and Nintendont worked). I turned it off, connected the Disc Drive, and the Wiimotes won't sync (When i try to sync the Wiimote it will start blinking but then the lights would stop blinking for a moment and would continue blinking again, i couldn't find another mention of something like this happeninng anywhere else), After trying some stuff i came to the conclusion that the Bluetooth Module was at fault, replaced it and it still won't sync.
Important Notes: Stuff that might be important.
I do have to note that while troubleshooting to find out what was causing this issue i noticed one of the Wi-Fi antennas had accidentally detached, idk if this might be related to the issue but i was able to connect the Wii to the internet and Wiimotes still worked.
Originally i had planned to remove the Disc Drive to make the Wii "more light-headed" and was in the process of installing RVLoader, sadly that'll have to wait a bit.
From what i've read online Bluetooth Modules are interchangeable, meaning that it didn't matter whether they are a different model or not they will work anyways. The replacement is the exact same model (J27H002).
My Wii is the second revision (Family Edition, The horizontal one).
After the replacement the Wiimote would continnously blink instead of stopping for a moment as previously mentioned.
What i tried with no success whatsoever:
I deleted the Wiimote syncing history (Pressing the SYNC button on the system for 30 seconds).
Changed the batteries and tried a different Wiimote.
To see if Wiimotes were the problem i used a software called "Touchmote" on PC, and also tested it in Dolphin Emulator, both worked flawlessly.
