Hardware Wiimote port doesn't detect nunchuck

Hey guys!
I decided to revisit my old wii and i've been searching the whole internet for a way to fix the wiimote port.
I am pretty sure the nunchuck isn't the problem because I tried borrowing my classmate's nunchuck that is not broken but still no luck.
I've tested it by navigating through usb loader gx menu, which is supposed to be able to move the cursor using the nunchuck, yet again still no luck.
I also tried it on wii sport boxing, i tried to plug it in and out multiple times but i still see the please insert wii nunchuck notice on screen.

Im gonna point out that the wii remote is not original but fully working except for the port.
I mean sure, the wiimote is fake and i should just go for the nintendo original ones, but im broke and i wanna find out if there are free alternatives to fixing my problem.

Opened up the wiimote and saw that nothing seems to be broken or off.
