Hacking Wiimmfi Patcher won't read discs and patch

I have the latest version of Wiimmfi Patcher. But the problem is that it won't read discs then patch itself. It stuck at the startup screen, waiting to insert disc. The disc is perfectly fine (works at the Wii's Disc channel). Almost all of the discs with Nintendo WFC didn't work.
