Homebrew wiimc question

Hey everyone went in to wiimc on my wii today and it said it had a update so i done it but now it won't load get exception dsl error on wiimc chanel. when go through hombrew wiimc gets black screen everything has worked fine for ages now so any help would be great and thanks in advance.

i would get fresh files from the wiimc website and replace your old wiimc files.

and 4 your channel, i would delete it and reinstall it.

though it could be a deeper problem if this doesnt works. but i wouldnt know

Thank you for your help, good thing i kept a backup of my sd card reformated and it seemed to work i just wonder why i can't update wiimc

Make sure you haven't missed any bits and pieces. Maybe the new WiiMC has a dependancy and needs a new IOS? Haven't been in the scene for a while, but this happened to me once
