Hacking Wiikey v1 best v4 to use

I'm at a wiikey v3.4. All games work great. What is the best v4 to go to. Is there a way to load the official 4.1. Do any games have the 4.1. I do not really use homebrew or other region games.

I read about the NUSD to download a wad, then I saw a warning about having a IOS or CIOS.

Is there any way to get the REAL Nintendo 4.1 and load it. Can I burn a cd???
