Are you using backups or originals?
What region are your wii and the games?

I confirm the speed 6X is NO WORKING with the config disk official on the site wiikey the drive run always in 3X !!

I'm using backups. All my Wii and backups are NTSC-U. And to make sure that I reall flashed my wiikey with 1.9s, original retail SSBB works!

well, i have a pal wii and audio is broken tested on tak, eternal darkness. Reflashed to 1.9b and audio is fine

I can confirm it's broken here on my PAL Wii too.

1.9s - Audiofix does not work for Eternal Darkness backup.

1.9g - Audiofix working for Eternal Darkness backup.

Maybe it's not just a PAL / NTSC-U thing, maybe it's only backups that are broken on PAL Wii's for the audiofix? Can anyone who has originals and backups please test this?

Also I'd be interested in seeing if it's also affected by what region the game is...

It's all a bit disappointing really. An update is great but when they break stuff that was working before it's just not worth it...

Are you all using the official configuration disc or the beta one?
The file sizes are different between them both. I'd suggest trying both. You probably have though, just an idea.

I have also only used the official config disc. I don't think it's that simple, I'm guessing it might be a bug in the wiikey update for PAL systems only...

I read somewhere that people having issues with the audiofix seems to only be with backups. I'm still trying to confirm whether this is true or not, and if originals work whereas backups fail.

Yeah audiofix is broken, and thats bad, but you can use fstfix as an easy workaround. Also, does 6x work? Do the subspace emissary videos stutter anymore(they were bad on my wii with wiikey 1.9g).
Off-topic: Can anyone attach the original update.inf from super smash bros brawl ntsc-u?

SSE vids were fine on 1.9g for me, x6 set with 1.3cfg disc.

The config disc 1.2 is totally useless now? the dump game to sd-card, the audiofix and the dvdr speed ...

Anyone experiencing issues with Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn PAL running with Wiikey 1.9s

It boots just fine, but the intro sequence has hickups and during gameplay as well. Most of the time it results in the Wii stating "Disc Error, please reinsert Fire Emblem".
When I eject and re-insert the game it continues.

Burned it at 2x, 2.4x, 4x.
Set the WiiKey to 3x, regionfree, dev off, block off. And only the 4x burned works.

Anyone a clue?

Am I right in saying it's only on PAL systems as well?

From what I can make so far:
NTSC-U - GC Audiofix works on both originals and backups
PAL - GC Audiofix working on originals but not working on backups.

Can anyone confirm this for me please?

people here and @ Wiinewz report, that:

- "audio fix" on is broken on gc backups on pal wiis
- "6x speed" is broken on backups (pal/ntsc)
- "gc full region free" is broken on us wiis running pal gc games
- "audio fix" turn off does not work (report comes from ntsc wii with games burned with fstfix).

Can anyone confirm if it is not possible to disable audiofix on us wiis at all?
