Hacking WiiGator Backup Help

Hey guys im new to all this I just installed everything and when I run wii gamma launcher
I get a dvd error
Im using a dvd +R and imgburn I don't see a option for book type if thats it
but it won't play it either says black or i get a dvd error regular games work fine so its not my drive

moar details. did you install the cios that came with gamma without any errors, what version is your wii system menu? you definitely need to set the book type in my experience with dvd+r. it's a little 'book' icon in the bottom right corner.

everything installed with out error im on 3.2u now from 3.3u

None of the loaders will load my backups dvd-r or dvd+r
I have a pioneer 216d Sata burner
I'm using img burn I don't see any options for my burner for the book type thing

You DO need to set the booktype...TO dvd-rom

the circled book thingy is the Settings dialogue for BookTYpe changing!

Then you are screwed,get another drive,from LG or Lite-On or something,theyre dirt cheap!

No not using DVD-R,DVD-R's work for any drive that can burn them...try that

~!
