Hacking WiiFlow won't recognize all my games

My Hard Drive and wii work fine. All games were put on using wii backup in wbfs folders and everything is updated and nothing has been renamed. i recently reinstalled it because it would read my hard drive since it was reading a wbfs hard drive last time. so it reads the games that were on there from when i first reinstalled it a couple days ago but won't read the new ones i just put on there and there's nothing wrong with the new ones im just transferring from my wbfs drive. any ideas?
