Hacking WiiFlow Emulator Help

My Wii Has been running the Homebrew Channel and WiiFlow for years without any issues. Since I have been out of the scene for a while, should I update WiiFlow to v4.2.1 or a newer version? How do I install emulator channels to WiiFlow - snes, nes, gamecube? I've seen some videos on youtube and the WiiFlow MasterMod that are showing channel forwarders working in WiiFlow.

Thanks in advance, any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to keep the Wii going.

this pack has just about every emulator set up and ready to go with wiiflow..... You just need to supply some roms and covers, which btw you can get here...
