hey AbdallahTerro, when you use fix94's r120 you have to press 'A' and up,down, left,or right while pointing at the button.

I think Fix94 just misunderstood how I was doing it.

Here is menu_main.cpp from r120 fixed my way.

http://www.wupload.com/file/2663290712/menu_main.cpp

you can still cycle through the view by pressing 'A' on the button (the originl way) and you can use the dpad on the button to go to whatever view you want.(my new way)

I simply moved lines 508 - 518 up to 258 with slight modifications.

Now let's leave Fix alone so he can concentrate on the mods he wants to do.

If you have further questions you can simply pm me.

FIX94 : Can I download your releases anywhere? I have no clue how to compile it myselt.....
Sure, just come to irc, see wiiflowiki.com.
edit: wtf just 2 posts appeared out of nowhere lol, stupid firefox cache :P BTW you guys should look how r123 looks like, it takes 400kb more and I don't really like so much more size ;)
edit2:
@AbdallahTerro:
There is a reason that I don't want these versions here, they are test versions and may doesnt work properly. That's the reason why I don't post my link here for the test version and just give it on irc to solve problems and answer questions properly. It would be nice if you would remove the link ok? thanks.

Fix,have you found any time to check if it is possible to intergrate Swiss to Wiiflow?
I'm not sure if FIX has checked but he's got lots of stuff to look into I'm sure.
I went ahead and looked into it and on the Swiss google code page it looks like being able to open a game directly like that is on the list of things that they want to add but haven't yet so, unfortunately, we'll just have to stick with accessing swiss-booter the normal way through wiiflow through homebrew or a channel or something FOR NOW.

I did give them a little suggestion on an easy way how to implement that feature on the google code page, though. :D Maybe they'll see it and add it soon so FIX can put it in WiiFlow. That would be spiffy.

I just switched from cfg loader to wiiflow - to try out the nand emu, and love it... I'll be sticking with it now.
A quick question...
I followed the wiki and set up my hdd with 2 partitions (usb(nand emu + wiiflow forwarder)+usb2(wbfs+wiiflow app))
This does'nt seem to be ideal, as most homebrew apps don't always see both partitions.
I read in another forum, that it's not neccesary to have 2 partitions now, that a single one will do for apps(wiiflow), wbfs, and nand emu.
I'll run the wiiflow boot.dol from autoboot(real nand) in priiloader.
Is this true? can I just use a single fat32 partition to run everything without any problems?
Thanks

As far as I know, it's not ideal to run NAND and Wiiflow from the same partition. Not sure if this has changed from Miigotu's last recommendation, but last time I checked it caused huge NAND issues running wiiflow on the same partition.
EDIT: see down the bottom of this page.

Ok so ive got a seagate freeagent goflex 500gb usb3.0 drive. got the d2xv8r41 pack installed. usnig wiiflow 418. drive is dual partitioned, fat32 primary active 4gb, second ntfs. wiiflow takes a long time to load my dirve. and then when i choose a game, movies stutter, load times are crazy, if at all. Does anyone have any insight into this
Hi, This might be of some help to you but I have actually encountered that error. The good thing is that I
got it to work properly by replacing the USB Adapter from 3.0 to 2.0. If you can find an adapter of the 2.0 kind then that would be less of a hassle for you. So basically you can keep both cable adapters: Use the 3.0 when transferring the games from PC and use the 2.0 adapter when playing it from the Wii. That is the only advantage of the goflex brand, but I personally liked the Phased-out Freeagent Go (without the flex) 2.0 series and it's cool "breathing lights" indicator.

Most homebrew is not adapted to work with 2 partitions, i would recommend moving all your homebrew to the 1st partition also..

Thanks guys for you replies...

I did indeed see that recommendation and have set up my partitions accordingly... and all works well
The only reason I asked is that I happened to see a guide on WiiHacks forum that stated that a single partition was ok,
to quote from the guide;
"Guide now setup for loading with one single fat32 partition on the usb device and no sd card required"
It's not a big deal - I thought I would just ask, instead of wading through 350 pages in this thread :)

I have now moved all homebrew to to the 1st partition.
However when I select homebrew in WiiFlow (via the cauldron icon) it displays the USB2 apps folder - Is there any way to get it display the USB1 apps folder?
I could'nt see anything in the config .ini...
At the moment this is'nt an issue, but I am going to start using some of the emus, and it would be nice to launch them directly from WiiFlow.
(I suppose, I could set some channel forwarders to run them from real nand).

Thanks

You have to use a button combination when you are in the homebrew view... I think it was B + minus..
Yup that was it :)
Thanks for that..
Another quick q :)
Whenever I update my channels on the emulated nand (via showmiiwads) - I have to delete the corresponding database, from the wiiflow app folder.
Otherwise any changes arent shown.
Is there any way to force a rescan from within the app itself?
Thanks
