Benjay: I love your carbonik theme and it's all i use. I just noticed a glitch in the latest version and I'm not sure if it is wiiflow or your theme. On first boot up of wiiflow using carbonik theme if you move the pointer toward the bottom right where the buttons are the disc, and home buttons side in from the right and the credits button comes up from the bottom. If you change your theme to the default or something else and then back to carbonik the credits button is fine and slides in from the right like it is supposed to. All the buttons on the left slide in fine as well. Something is weird with the credits buttons.

I noticed that on you violet theme it does something similar, by loading a little slower than the others. But if you switch themes and go back to a theme it is fine.

What's up with this, and is there any way you can fix.

Well , i've tried to reproduce that glitch , with no success.
I've tried with r108 , r111 and r112 , and the last version of my themes (r108 and up).
I never get this problem with carbonik , nor with violet....

Btw , if there is really a problem , it's not due to my theme , because i can only set 1 behaviour for each button , so if you don't get that behaviour , it's because the .ini is missinterpreted.

Maybe you should try a clean reinstall of wiiflow (deleting the wiiflow.ini) and my themes (deleting carbonik.ini and violet.ini and re-add them).

Well i downloaded your latest version on the wiiflow wiki page for version 112 and higher and deleted wiiflow ini. I am on v115 and this is still happening.

Just to be clear on what is happening.

The [MAIN/INFO_BTN] is set to slide in from the right in the theme and on first boot up it slides in from the bottom instead.

scenario: Priiloader autoboot file - file = nforwarder for wiiflow
running wiiflow v115 222

If you change the theme to another and then back all is good. I don't think this is theme related. I think there is a bug in wiiflow for this. Because if you change the theme and then back again it works.

Yep , Kovani has reported me the same bug.

And as you say , it's not related to the theme , because settings are good in the carbonik.ini

Btw , i run the same config as you (r115 hermes 222) , except i don't autoboot in wiiflow , and i can't reproduce the bug lol

That's soo weird. I've spent the last hour or so going through the wiiflow code for loading the themes and I can't find the section i'm looking for. I think what is happening is that the about button settings are not getting loaded initially but then when you change themes they are getting loaded. So on the first boot up it uses the default settings which would come in from the bottom using effect_x = 0, and effect_y = 40. This is why it comes in from the bottom. I just can't seem to find the section of code for initially loading the themes. I thought i'd find a call to initcf() but don't see one. hmmm.

Miigotu or r-win will have to find.

Splinter cell?!? I'd be amazed if anyone can run Splinter Cell, since it is one of the alt dol games like Call Of Duty 3 that cannot work with usb loaders. It is possible that the game can be played on USB using SNEEK. Otherwise to play this game via wiiflow you would need to patch the iso to IOS249 (if you don't have darkcorp), burn it to a disc and then play using wiiflow.

Off-topic: I continue to be amazed at the progress you have made mugotu in such a short period of time, and I'm glad that you will be looking into the alt dol+ in the near future. Thanks again for all your hard work on this

For trailers are you pressing the minus button?

I have the same thing as Mgrimmenator and exactly the same setup...
Credits come from below with Carbonic after first boot and also the credits button comes up a little slower than other buttons with Violet theme..
Other theme's are not affected...

BTW. i use the dol file that Miigotu made for priiloader.

So thats confirmed...

Hmm, Carbonik forwarder dol for priiloader is not working, if i load it with priiloader i get a black screen and nothing happens.
I have priiloader v0.4 r78 (latest update).

Edit: OK, also tried starting Wiiflow with carbonic theme from HBC, then its OK, credits dont come from below but from the side like the rest of the buttons.
Same goes if i start wiiflow from forwarder in system menu, credits are ok also..
So it has definitely something to do with the priiloader..

If all of this is true, then it's probably a timing issue. I am going to try loading from forwarder, from forwarder in priiloader, from hbc and also from install the dol into priiloader directly and see differences

Edit: tried it, carbonic theme is normal...
so it goes only wrong if i use a forwarder dol in priiloader.
And only with carbonic and violet..

I was inspired by Carbonik to create a forwarder to use with priiloader. I used background from Carbonik (Benjay hope you don't mind) and Wiiflow logo. Turned out pretty good to me. Just thought I'd share.

After seeing the video of the cover wall, I'm tempted to come to Wiiflow after using CFG USB Loader. I hear that CFG has the best compatibility - is this true? With Wiiflow, can you boot from FAT using 222, Monster Hunter working fine, block IOS reload, altdol menus etc etc.?
