Fixed it by copying the Wiiflow folder to usb:/apps/
I had it in sd:/, sd:/apps and usb:/, but not in the apps folder on the USB drive. Now why isn't this in the readme?

1.2 Installation of WiiFlow on SD-Card
------------------------------------------
Just copy the content of the archive to the Root of your SD-Card. You should
get the following Path:
SD:\wiiflow\language.ini
WiiFlow will save all settings and files into the directory SD:\wiiflow\.
Exception: If you connect a harddisk with a FAT- and a WBFS-Partition, WiiFlow
will save its files to the FAT-Partition. To avoid this, you should open the
file SD:\wiiflow\wiiflow.ini and add the entry "data_on_usb=no" in the category
[GENERAL]. WiiFlow will ignore FAT-Partitions then. If wiiflow.ini isn't there,
copy the one that has been created on the HDD.
1.3 Installation of WiiFlow on Harddisk
-------------------------------------------
It is necessary to split your Harddisk into at least two partitions to install
WiiFlow on it. One is the WBFS-partition which contains all Wii-Games
and the other is a FAT16- or FAT32-partition and contains the WiiFlow-data.
(If you already have a single WBFS-partition on your harddisk, you need to
reformat it into two parts. You will lose all installed games then).
If you got this, you can just copy the content of the archive to your external
harddisk. You should get the following path:
USB:\wiiflow\language.ini
WiiFlow will save all settings and files into the directory USB:\wiiflow\.
Exception: If you put a SD-Card with the entry "data_on_usb=no" in wiiflow.ini
into your Wii, WiiFlow will use the SD-Folder instead of your harddisk.
FYI:
wiiflow 2.0 new struct lays on the following folders:
SD or USB:
//apps/wiiflow/boot.dol
//apps/wiiflow/icon.png
//apps/wiiflow/meta.xml
//apps/wiiflow/language.ini
//apps/wiiflow/titles.ini
//apps/wiiflow/themes
//apps/wiiflow/boxcovers
//apps/wiiflow/covers
This is...all struct has migrated from a isolated folder in root to a subdirectory in apps/wiiflow folder.
This should get you started.

Hello all...
I´m new to USB-loaders and I have read many threads and watch movies, and I think Wiiflow looks best for me...I have a few questions :
1. I have a Western Digital passport 500GB that I will use with Wii-games and Emulator+roms. What is best? Partition the drive or run it with one big FAT32 partition?
2. The wii-games must be in wbsf-folder on FAT32-drive, right?
3. I saw the latest version was in 5 diffrent releases, that use diffrent cIOS, Wich one should I try first? Or start from 222 and working up?
